I think people who dislike people that different is not they doing something wrong and they don't like somebody smarter than them because they don't like to see someone show off. Ex: Before everybody call Charlie is stupid but now he very smart because of the operation. He's smarter than everybody now so now nobody like him and now he even lonely than before.

I think you've misunderstood the question Tom. We want to know if you think that Charlie learning to read is an amazing accomplishment. Do you think that it is special for someone with an IQ of 68 to learn to read? Is it special like an average person learning complex science?
